Basics, what's going on guys? It's your boy Roose. Welcome back again to another episode on the podcast. We are reading chapter 108 of Kagura Bachi. So I hope you guys enjoy this particular episode on the podcast. If you saw my last video, I know it's very different, but it's basically a Tekken 8 video. It's a gaming video and I think maybe if that does well, I might start uploading some videos on gaming. Just so that you guys have much more variety to check out and also my interests. So yeah, the next game I will upload is more Tekken 8 and Ark Raiders, but the next video I will be uploading is to do with Resident Evil. Just me streaming it and playing it.

To a Samurai, life is no more than fuel. We burn for our ideal world. If our goals are different, we fight to the death. Nothing more. But Chihiro, you are my sister's son. If possible, I'd prefer not to kill you. I have to stop you. Fighting is my only option. Chapter 108, Enten vs Magatsumi. Now they've already done a lot of destruction between Ankh and Nephew, but I wonder why this type of destruction has to occur. Couldn't they just, you know, kept it true?
I understand his abilities at 200 meters or kilometers or whatever, but still, like, come on, you don't have to destroy everywhere. So I'm rooting for Chihiro here. What's the buzz noise? To destroy the enchanted blades. Don't attempt the impossible. You aren't fully healed, are you? That slash earlier on, yeah. And Ankh is still getting up. He needs to hurry up, man. Against the Magatsumi's power to continually consume life force, Shizuku's restorative powers hardly stem the tide. There's a limit to its effect against the Shunichi's cataclysmic power. Yeah, he's really messed up. As a Shunichi, the true striker, the Magatsumi is in a different class from the other enchanted blades.
Even he seemed like he's struggling to heal. Yeah, he actually looks like he might be done. He's not getting up, is he? Samura is already at his limit, just trying to maintain the status quo. On top of that, he applies only the barest minimum of Shizuku to himself. Instead, he's using his powers to heal Chihiro. You're headed inexorably toward death. Hmm, I'm making a wager. We weren't able to stand on the same field as you. The Enten's ability can dispel the Magatsumi's life draining power because the Enten was forged to counter the malediction. It is the only sword capable of taking on the Magatsumi. So Chihiro is the only person who can actually fight this guy and take him down.
In an arena dominated by the Shunichi, he is the only one who dances freely. It's time to fulfill my mission. Let's see what happens. Straight, no hesitation. In front, in back, and he's still keeping up. Back to back, back to back. No one's taking no form of injury just yet. Even after facing Samura at his best, the Swordmaster is completely unscathed. His reaction speed is completely off the charts. Dragonfly. Akka. A defensive technique. Akka allows Chihiro to absorb the foe's powers and wield them as his own. Through that process, he discovers how they function. So, okay. I mean, there's no really full on explanation about that. It's just very interesting for him to do that.
Apparently, the Magatsumi's power isn't complex. It activates by channeling black energy into various forms. Those forms are infinite in number. Even with Dragonfly, which requires barely an interval, it's a force so intense that Akka can't fully absorb it. Probably that last Shizuku was right at the limit. If I sustain another critical wound, it's over. It seems that the Magatsumi's fundamental irregularities could be dispelled. But when its power is condensed into shockwaves and slashing attacks, that doesn't seem to hold true. In which case, what's happening is, unlike the Enton's Kuro, which fires a slashing attack, it slashes through space itself.
As a result, there's almost no lag after he swings the blade. If his attack is even a millimeter off when it moves through mid to long range distances, the gap grows, making it extremely hard to read. Its slashes are impossible to evade. It even took down Samura. Butterfly. From the moment he swings his blade, the time it takes the slash to race through space is so infinitesimal, the word instantaneous fails to capture it. Damn. When the attack is about to strike, when the air whispers, Chihiro's eyes are able to perceive it. The blade's pathway is revealed. Damn. Just about dodged it, right? Because he could see it. Slash sense it. Yeah, now he's coming towards him. Bang. Almost cut his neck.
He reacted to Butterfly. To the Swordmaster, Chihiro and the Enton are a real threat. Pardon me, I see. Sir appears you are also a samurai. Uh oh. He slashed him again. Damn. I was thinking he didn't slash off his fingers. Fingers are very, very important, if you don't know. They help you to grasp things. So if he doesn't have fingers, it's going to be very hard to grasp things. I still didn't grasp his unparalleled genius. His untouchable mastery of the sword. Is that him smiling? He looks sick. That is scary as hell. He broke the sword. There's no way he broke the sword. It must be an illusion. It has to be an illusion. This is all the efforts of when they were making the sword. Bro's efforts.
And he just got shattered. The heart's on the left. Right. Oh no. Imagine his heart's on the right though, because he's got this condition. You know there's people in real life that have this condition where your heart's on the right. I mean, it doesn't do anything to your body. It doesn't reduce your lifespan. But yeah, I don't know. It's kind of cool. But yeah, his nephew just got taken out. We will see what happens in the next chapter. In the next couple of chapters, if he actually moves on from here. But it looks like Chihiro was done for. I'm not going to lie. This was chapter 108. Once again, I will be continuing making these episodes on the podcast. Also releasing these gaming stuff.
