In chapter 105 of Kagurabachi, titled "The Sword Master Arrives!!," the story takes a dramatic turn as the legendary swordmaster makes a powerful return. The episode opens with a tense scene where a character is gasping, and flowers are mysteriously emerging from his body. This character had been fighting earlier, and although his name is forgotten by the host, it’s clear that only the swordmaster himself can wield a particular enchanted blade. The swordmaster steps in to take control of the battle, despite warnings from his own senses about the overwhelming power he is about to unleash.
The swordmaster’s presence is immediately felt as he moves with incredible force, crashing through buildings and demonstrating a mastery over the enchanted blade that seems to alter his very body. The host explains that the swordmaster’s connection to the blade, known as the shunichi, is no longer an abnormality but a symbiotic relationship that enhances his abilities. This transformation is both physical and mental, as the swordmaster’s nervous system adapts to the blade’s power, effectively creating a suit of armor around him. The host admires the swordmaster’s new appearance, noting how his composed demeanor and folded clothes add to his cool, commanding presence.
The chapter also delves into the swordmaster’s backstory, revealing that he is Kunishige Rokihiro, a trusted figure who was believed to be insane by scholars due to the immense power and malediction he wielded. Despite this, the swordmaster remained lucid and focused during his 18 years of imprisonment, even managing to hijack another’s body to survive. The host reflects on the fear and respect the swordmaster commands, suggesting that both his beliefs and his overwhelming power contribute to his legendary status. As the story progresses, the swordmaster confronts the city, which appears to be flipped and bleeding, symbolizing the chaos and destruction surrounding him.
The host expresses confusion and curiosity about the swordmaster’s brother, who sealed away the enchanted blades, hinting at deeper family and societal conflicts. The chapter ends with a glimpse of Chihiro, the swordmaster’s nephew, and a mysterious butterfly, leaving the host eager to see how these elements will unfold. Throughout the podcast, the host maintains an enthusiastic and engaged tone, sharing personal reactions and speculations while clearly distinguishing between the facts presented in the manga and his own interpretations. He emphasizes the significance of the swordmaster’s return and the transformative power he wields, highlighting the chapter’s intense action and emotional weight.
The host also shares plans for future content, mentioning a focus on catching up with various manga series and creating more podcast episodes centered on anime and manga discussions. He encourages listeners to follow the podcast as it approaches 300 followers and ends with a friendly reminder for everyone to take care of themselves. Overall, this episode captures the excitement and complexity of Kagurabachi’s latest chapter while fostering a sense of community among fans.

We're very close to 300 followers, please please please click that follow button if you have not. Okay, let's get into this. Alright, so let's see. Why is he gasping? I know flowers are coming out of this body, this is the last guy we had seen interacted with. Can't remember this guy's name anymore. But they were fighting. He never drew it, only the swordmaster himself can draw it. Of course. Oh yeah, the swordmaster said let me take over, that's what he said.
Yet all my senses are warning me. It's burning up, even at this level of firepower. What the hell? The swordmaster, his appearance is prevalent. Building to building. I think he shot him off to the next building. Crash, crash, crash, crash. What? The feeling of my flames healing the shunichi's enrouchment on his body is suddenly gone. Even though his body is clearly connected to the shunichi. In other words, excuse me, his connection to the shunichi is no longer an abnormality. Chapter 105, title transformation. So what was it doing? Was it healing him? Adapting his body so that the swordmaster can take over? This is the guy's personality, he's obviously drowning. Whilst the swordmaster takes control. Twitch.
The swordmaster. Has to be. Yep, he got up. The shunichi's invasion is forcing his nervous system to accommodate its power, culminating in a suit. No. No, that's what he's saying, he's in a suit. I just ended up reading that. I didn't read that, sorry. Warden, the shunichi enchanted blade in a suit? That's just wrong. Sheesh. It's unmistakable. His voice, his smell, everything. There's no doubt in my mind. It's him. I thought a suit is kind of classy. I like the way he folded his clothes and put it down though. Okay, maybe he looks much more cooler like this then. Okay, he does. Man tapped the window and it broke apart.
The man, Kunishige Rokihiro, trusted above all others and entrusted with his greatest masterpiece. The swordmaster. Damn, he's back. And the sword came to him. Man's floating in air. Samura. Long time no see. Akimura. Your eyes. You healed them. You look cool. The swordmaster was in his right mind. We knew that. All of the swordbearers confronted him. He was in full possession of his senses. The war had simply changed his beliefs. Nonetheless, the scholars deemed him insane. Because there was no other way to explain the inordinate scale and force of the malediction. No ordinary human could have achieved such a feat. So were they scared of him because of his beliefs?
Or were they scared of him because of his power? Or were they scared of him because of both? I think that's what it was. It was both. But we knew only too well why we had been chosen to ward the Shunichi. The mental fortitude derived from its innate gift and ironclad beliefs. The monumental power of the malediction. The fact that he survived 18 years in that space and remained perfectly lucid. And the way he hijacked Yura's body. All of these things are surprising but also reconcilable given what we know. Akimura Soga was peerless. Xing is grabbing it in case. We're close to where we started. It was already mostly evacuated and Shiba cleared out the rest. You know, I was redesigned to die down there.
When they imprisoned me after the malediction, I understood. It's unfortunate but my existence and society's mainstream ethics are incompatible. But somebody had to venture where no one else dared. And the day I eradicated the enemy, I fulfilled my role and that was enough. Or so I thought. We needed a hero. Magasumi. He's facing the city, it's just flipped. That's his head looking outwards. Damn, what's going on? Everything is bleeding. As soon as he pulled out, yuck. I have one question. I'm struggling to understand. Why did my brother seal away the enchanted blades? So that's the answer. Chihiro. Butterfly. Oh shh. No, please don't tell me he died. I know, please. He's got a crow somewhere.
Please, don't let him die. That teleport, bro, please. Mr. Samura. How you've grown, Chihiro. What are they? Is that his brother's son? So that's his nephew. What the flip? This chapter was crazy. So much. Oh my gosh, he's finally out. I want to see if he's actually out fully. Because his body is somewhere else. But he's able to possess another person's body. But if this is what he's able to do, imagine what he can do in his own body. That's been like, literally, like, not harnessed. And just like worked on for the years of training. And the mentality that his body has. Like, oh man. This was Kagurabachi. Okay, 105. Talked about transformation. I hope you guys enjoyed this.
Okay, please don't forget to follow the podcast. It is very important that you do so. There'll be more videos, more anime stuff, more manga stuff, especially. And catching up to them. Okay, if it's too far ahead, maybe like, I don't know, like One Punch Man, for example. And that's like 300. I'm only like chapter 90. I'll probably get to like 150. I'll make a note saying I'm going to reach like 200 or 150 chapters.
